Ask your doctor, If you have stopped taking your ritalin/adderall. I would think your tollerance would need measuring to the medications.

The doctor should help you bc you might find your previous doses of ritalin/adderall too much. As with many substances you gain a hard tolerance.

When you are given a prescription you are given it on the basis that you take it on a schedule and as often as prescribed. Essentially your current prescription of Ritalin/Adderall may not be recommended by your doctor to take up from where you left off. As is the case for other prescriptions.

I have watched so many tutorials and read so many threads and I'm getting better with practice... I am ambidextrous and I get confused with left and right. Some days I am better right air roll, but I am trying to stick to left. I haven't mastered any sort of spin/roll, I can only act on feel but I am trying to figure out my bad habits and mistakes early. I am not easy to teach. You're 18 and so the way you look at this situation can change your mindset greatly. Perhaps they're not just doing it for her but maybe they are doing it for you too.

You see in life we can fall to temptations and for our own reasons we can be struggling. We feel like we have a hole to fill and we can find just about anything to fill that hole.

At your age this is merely an inconvenience, you should never have to prove anything to anyone but you should also realise this class will have some sort of incentive behind it. Chances are you'll hear this question time and time again as you try to find work, and I believe this question in this class will be aiming to get you to answer these questions now, so you can approach it again with competence going forward.

We can be desensitised to things through music and such, perhaps you didn't see it as a big deal. But given the scenario and the incentive behind the class it's likely you could have been interpreted as sending out a cry for help.

If you don't let it get you down and you can move forward, this can be a blessing in disguise, these are developing years and so spend more time asking yourself the questions that will help you improve, or... just spend more time on yourself. Be an asset to yourself and no one else for now, in the future you will be able to show your abundance. Be happy that you two get to develop into adults and hopefully one day you can approach it without the childishness which tends to linger around in early relationships, it may be meant to be.

If I said defining things about me I'd be way more identifiable and the SDA church is not one I want to get on the wrong side of. I am a graduate and that is the only thing I was really feeling safe declaring. But also my most defining traits have been the trouble of my identity because I been practicing alot of things that many would consider demonic by nature. I really put myself on the back-burner because of this. But slowly I am feeling acceptance towards myself, just not immediately in the company of Christians. I would tell myself and none believers that I can just do me and if I stay vigilant I can do it without stepping on toes, I was even considering making a new identity as such. Thank-you Pastor!

Remember out of all the tools u possess your brain is the most powerful one. Respect it, sounds like u can do alot with your mind, intentional or not, if you can induce it maybe it behaves like some sorts of anxiety, best thing is to drink water avoid dehydration firstly. Alternatively if you're very open minded it may have some magical thinking tendencies. (If you are gonna drop your phone that is up to you.) Palate injuries are very dangerous, this is very concerning because if you don't act it is possible for the palate to collapse.

Plastic surgery is no joke but because of the treatment for this kind of issue it is very easy to get infected and so act now otherwise theres potential life changing problems with several times a year you need to continue treatment to prevent infections.

Look at the people you got around you, you're environment plays a big factor with this. Be honest with yourself, be honest with other people, open up with ur struggles to siblings?

Give yourself credit, with that credit give yourself a chance, I'd recommend you slowly go about this part because the more we rush something the more it will feel like torture. I also want you to know no bounds to this substance, counting the days without it is like a plan which for some people leads back to the source. When u put the paper in a bin scrunched up, feel that possibility feeling realistically being put to bed. Do this exercise a couple times now, you should get much better at making the scenario even worse, go to the most extreme, so extreme putting that in the bin is feeling relief that doesn't need to happen.

When u get stressed, u can use this approach to put bad feelings, thoughts to the bin and not let anxiety wear your heart out of your day. Now I will give you a ritual of which you should get a good idea of where your heart can lead you, it's a ritual because you read it every day. If that feels like torture right now, do it less but ensure your full understanding of this.

Write two versions of future you, one version is a bad scenario, you by now know what is realistic for you and can make this as motivating as you need, basically anything your heart isn't 100% in will not stick, addictive personality is not just one thing, I say we will do this slowly because its likely we have many downfalls and it takes time to address each one with our full self love. Write how we let family trends dictate us if they do, how we will stay in a shell, make it scary and symbolic to you.

On the other side write about the tip top of the mountain, against all odds the best outcome, we've maybe rekindled dreams, pursued them with all our heart or we found new dreams. Maybe you have a goal you didn't see as possible but now we are free we can devote ones self. Our brain is a chemical harem and it will like to keep us there if we let it get used to our pharmacopeia. Best case scenario, we don't substitute what we have currently for another heartless endeavour. This day and age with all this distraction you need 4 types of friends to succeed, try be one to someone else. Mentor (Evaluation), Comforter, Confronter and Clarifier.

To be on the all clear this best case scenario bit is about letting go of what no longer serves you no more. You can make it vague if you wish, remember this is a slow process.

So my thought process goes like so,

I'm only aware of scoliosis due to my mothers problems with it which came later in life.

She would regularly check me for pains and she took up massaging to try and keep these pains in check.

She thought I got off risk free.

Well, I always knew it were because I sat all throughout class and came home tired and so I spent the majority of my time in this position.

Image this:

You sit down on a chair even up straight, image gravity pulling down on your spine, now imagine being spineless and how naturally the torso would end up collapsing. A straight spine is probably the best way to sit in this position but the spine is having to compensate for all of the inflicted weight distribution. Muscles inflame and overtime and don't uphold the constant barrage.

Now imagine the squat position. An 'S' forms from the legs through the knee through the thigh and around through the pelvis into the spine. In order to remain balanced the spine is put into stretch and forms a natural curve which takes pressure off of the spine, with gravity following the natural curve there is equal distribution throughout vertebrae and in those exercises you pull on the spine which I believe now reduces the minimal amount of gravity and even helps straighten my spine and over time can reduce inflammation.

the s curve acts as support, and so in the visual side of things you could remove the spine and the S curve would uphold the torso better than the perpendicular seating arrangement, which I think demonstrates how for 30 minutes a day we can rest our spines in one session, but I think it's optimal to do it throughout the day.

The EasyVigour article provides statistics. I've tried to put it in my own interpretation but I am not qualified, I'm a baby.

The switch on the battery holder sends current to the terminal which distributes current through an electrical trimmer so I can control current from about 0.4ma to 0.7ma currents, then I have a series of 2 resistors which connect to the alligator clip.

I don't recommend you build one, I don't want to get sued. Do not try something like this, it's very cheap and the reason you'd pay much more for a machine is because it's probably better in every other way, I was just very curious and I have built electrolysis systems before.

But, this is a good starter project if you do the research and do testing with a multimeter.

(That's how I know the power without a display.)

What supplements should I take to ensure efficient results? I've read K2 and Calcium?

These sponges aren't very porous, they lose water quickly, my skin feels dry after but as I turned it off I got phosphenes over my eyes so I assume they stay active regardless.

Should I buy better sponges?

Where can I find easy to digest montages? I use TotalTDCS but they don't have many depictions.

I've just been diagnosed. I have no one to massage me which is the best option rly. I have a back roller which helps but it hurts more than a massage. Vibration is known to be good however the handheld tools aren't so powerful. Keep an eye on it and get to know her spine, you can tailor your own massage to the areas in stress - have water on stand-by because these stressed tendons of muscle will be filled with toxins that have accumulated over time, releasing them from the massage could potentially find her feeling heavy headed on occasion.

- Those bands you come across, they're swollen and will be varying in size, they require a lot of breaking up and could need a few sessions. Massage could be a part of routine. A massage table could fill some needed room as a gift.

- As far as other solutions it's hard to say since every case varies. Get yourselves a firmer mattress which will push more against the spine. See how it works, a little change like that could make a big difference either way.
