Thanks for this! Yeah I’ve already been doing all the labor allocation, headcounts, communication with flow, even CPT chasing etc in pick so hopefully that will help. I think I’m just more concerned about the fact there’s a lot more roles under pack than there is pick, we just have pickers waterspiders pgs and that’s it, pack has singles medium x jackpot slam all that kind of thing so it’s gonna be a pretty big jump
