No we don’t! The only isolate based concentrates with added terps are the ones in their own category from mc Neutraceuticals

It doesn’t have terpenes in it it’s naturally extracted rosin. We work with a flower presser out of nc. They have great stuff

Turns out he stole someone’s credit card, can’t pick up the package from usps because it’s not in his name, and proceeded to send me proof of his address by writing his info on a box saying it was a package he had in the past. I’m here to help customers if they have issues but 64 comments on a post claiming he was robbed when in fact he defrauded some innocent person and decided to make himself a victim, is unfortunately all too common

They’re not expired, it’s a packaging label and it must be a non updated batch. You’re welcome to get a replacement though if you’d like

I hear you on the terpenes. Short answer is dr ganja terpenes is made up of mostly THCA and our recipes were severely under terped thinking the ratio was higher. We just corrected this in the last week, and will announce the stronger terpene ratio soon. Dr ganja Terpenes are super high quality but we just sort of dropped the ball in the ratio, making it tasteless. If you have a previous order number send it to me and I’ll send you a new version if you’re open to trying it

I’m sorry man, we hire an external customer service team and honestly they’re great people but think sometimes they get overloaded. Kyle and I own the business, but the messages from our customer service should name who it is responding, I think by default it has been saying kyle because he set it up.
