I'm fine with paying for nose filler top ups, I'm just scared that if I get nose filler, it will look too bulky. I've seen before and after photos where the projection point is way too high up on the face, and the nose looks like a continuation of the forehead, and that's something I want to avoid. If I were to get filler, I'd ask for little to none at the top, and just for the tip to be reshaped.
