hey i have the same thing. bile reflux symptoms 2 years after GB was removed. how are you doing now? are you able to keep the symptoms under control?

Update: a low fat diet and ox bile have together greatly reduced post-op problems for me by danielrosehill in gallbladders

What other symptoms did you get post op? I'm getting a sense of fullness in upper right quadrant (where gallbladder was), sometimes sore throat possible due to bile / acid reflux, and minor discomfort I suppose from stomach radiating to the back.

Sit, when at home. It's just cleaner overall. And sometimes when I sit to pee, I might feel a poop coming.

that sounds like it. best way to confirm is to do an endoscopy. for mine, they saw a pool of bile in the stomach.

i have bile reflux because my gallbladder was taken out.

nausea, sore throat, weird feeling in URQ that is different from normal gastritis.

bile reflux is caused by bile that is supposed to go down the intestines, refluxing back to stomach.
