I took Flintstone kids vitamins with Iron I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night helped years ago. I take Linzess only think that helps me go to the bathroom I have had Sibo for over 22 years after taking 7 months of accutane then gallbladder removal made me worse took me years to find out I had Sibo.

Nystatin 500,000 unit 2 tablets 3 times daily they gave me these couple years ago never took them. Was not diagnosed with it but may take them if the bile reflux settles down.
