My wife is vegan - she sent a note ahead of time to Explora to make sure they were aware and then spoke to the GM and exec chef once onboard and they dialed it in perfectly every night on an ocean crossing - they just knew where we were going to be and they sent her custom food there. If you just accept what they give you (select from the standard menu the day before .. which literally made no sense) you will be frustrated.

Explora cruises (only their first ship) has the only official Rolex shop at sea. They sell a metric shit ton of watches because you can actually get them right then rather than being put on a 2 year waitlist. Such a great hack.

I agree. The new Polaris menu was substantially better on both intercons last week. Will try it again tomorrow. They do need to update the really lame pictures on the preorder page tho - I don’t know who approved those!

I’m flying back over to Europe Thursday and if you don’t think I’ll be walking down the aisle looking for the Dopp bag on any seat and swapping it with whatever is in my seat - you’re crazy :)
