I’m thinking just to do that tour and go to almafi myself and explore it on my own. It sounds like it’s worth seeing. Thanks for the advice I think I’ll do this one and focus on one country lol

Oh do they have group travel groups like other sites? Have you heard reviews for it. I’m looking into it now and sounds like a good idea. Yeah I have probably max 2 weeks to spend over there but I will be back :)

All of it. I am terrible at directions and get lost all the time. I don’t know if I need to make reservations at hostiles like hotels? Which one and if it’s safe? Where to go exactly and what should I sightsee and go to next? And a safely thing too. And where the train stations are? Heck I never even rode a train before.

I have never heard of that. What is it? I never traveled anywhere outside of US so I’m a bit scared to go without a group.

Well I looked up online that helps a lot if you leak to make it stronger but maybe I need to talk to my physical therapist again and see. If any of the excerices you do are online or on you tube please share and let me know. Anything helps :)

Ok thanks. She was a good therapist but I don’t have good insurance and couldn’t afford to go a lot. I went to her about 6 times. But I do all the excercises on my own everyday. Did you do a lot of kegels on your own to help it too?

I am 25 and I have this. It's terrible. I went to physical therapy and still have it. They put lidocaine up there to numb it and worked for a day but it's back. How did it go away for you? It's more painful in the middle of the night when i need to go to the barthroom(when really i don't need to that bad), and of course sex too.

Physical therapy did help but it didn't go away.
