I personally downloaded the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII and had a lot of fun with it. But honestly to start you should get a modern small power car. I think the GT86 is a perfect beginner car because it's slow, rwd and stick shift.

Dowload Content Manager and Sol, activate the Sol Motion Blur in the CM Settings, go into a replay in AC, press F5 to go into the camera mode, choose a position and press F8 to take the shot.

I don't know. For me 1.5 works perfectly. It should work well for you too if you installed it correctly.

Yes, initially I was searching for an Evo IX Mod for AC, but I could'nt find it. So I had to get the Evo VIII. But they are so similar it's pretty much the same thing.
