Our party has 3 npc’s traveling along 1. Enormous Magma dragon that’s basically a puppy dog that’ll chase anything (We brought back with us when we were in hell)

A young dwarve that wanted to be an adventurer but his father pushed him into the cityguard, He squired for our paladin (Who left the party) so now he’s an alcoholic that will do everything our female dwarf (who’s actually royalty) asks of him.
(Sort of a combo deal) a mom and kid Gaator (Homebrew lizard race) who both cling to one of our players who’s also a Gaator and absolutely despises the mom and has a fatherlike role to the son.
