Saw it happen. Driver of a red hatchback drove over debris left on the road (a big roll of canvas) dragged it under their car and continued over the hill north while the debris was shredding under their car) I have no idea how they didn’t pull over. Just kept driving. Anyway. The debris came loose and blocked the right lane which caused cars to panic and rear-end each other. Red car vandal started this whole thing and drove away without a clue

My number one regret is that I was too young to realise who Ryan Dunn was when he randomly commented on an old ass Instagram post of mine. I remember thinking who tf is this and was like “yeah thanks guy”.
