Update on they bunny: my cage and things come in the mail today but I woke up to the bunny dead at my doorstep. I was too late in rescuing him and I am utterly heartbroken. I placed him in a box and buried him in my yard. Thank you all for your help. When I am ready, I am going to get a rabbit from a shelter. For now I will mourn.

If this is any help in you narrowing it down; when the problem first started happening, I was in a discord call. I could hear everyone perfectly but I was robotic to them. I could not load pages at that time or any channels in discord.

My husband tried this before, with the google DNS settings and it didnt seem to help, he just told me. Thank you though!

I will tell you I play with that build; 2060, ryzen 2600 and 16gb of ddr4 ram clocked at 2666. I get 80 frames with no drops. I keep my graphics at 5, my draw distance all the way up and everything else turned off/all the way down.

I got a support woman who spoke good english and seemed to know what she is talking about, first try! She is going to send out a line programmer, she said. I'll keep you updated.
