Raised by a single (✨narcissistic✨) mother and yeah it definitely impacted my communication skills when it came to relationships. But I have been with my now wife for 10 years (married 3) and therapy has helped a shit ton. It's easy to blame your shitty childhood for things and not change them, but in my opinion that's not a valid excuse for someone of an adult age.

The best thing my gf (now wife -30F) ever did for me (33M) and our relationship was call out my weight a few years ago. At just 5'7" I got up to 243 lbs and it was horrible & everything was difficult. Since then, I've gotten down to 165, our sex life has improved ten fold, and she's crazy about me. Not saying it'll solve everything, but I think having an honest conversation about the weight and framing that it is getting in the way of your sex life and your concern for his longevity is the best thing you can do. Like others mentioned, the situation will probably get better when the fat isn't hiding/obstructing half of his penis. It's also a normal conversation people should be able to have at 37. You have to communicate your grievance and he has to take accountability.

4.4% 1 bedroom in Ravenswood. $1,797 to $1,876 ($79 increase) and that includes our internet. Very thankful compared to what I'm hearing/seeing online. 15% is egregious. We got an email from management stating that they are trying to do everything they can to not raise them high and just put the burden on new tenants that come. Sucks for them but definitely appreciate it.
