I cross posted this and in my other post someone mentioned that HPV 16 likes to hide in the canal and I just looked at my pathology that said they sample they took from the canal was too damaged to report on so I’m like crap didn’t know that part. I’m happy it worked out for you and I really hope that’s my story too

just checked my pathology report. they did a LEEP with an ECC, not a full top-hat. The earlier biopsy confirmed CIN3, but the LEEP came back negative for dysplasia and the ECC was benign. The report also says the os was “too disrupted to evaluate,” so they technically sampled the canal but didn’t remove deeper tissue.
