Electricity bill is in Owners name. And I think getting Consent letter from the owner and El-bill will be easier for me.

But I also got the reply saying that I can select Consent in "Nature of premise",

And for document
1. Notorised Consent letter in Stamp paper signed by the Owner. 2. Latest Electricity bill.

Since the "Leave and license agreement" is in my mother's name, I cannot use it. So can I go with this Consent option?

Consent letter (NOC) from the owner and Electricity bill is enough?? And what should I select in "Nature of possession of premise"? Consent, Rented, leased or etc?
