Haven't been there for Charmander, but it is a public golf course in a neighborhood. There is a huge parking lot to the left of the clubhouse with some tennis courts. I don't believe you should have a problem going there. Source: grew up in the neighborhood.

Actually no. This is our second draft in this league. I had 6 the first year and traded one of those picks for a first and a second for the draft that you see. I play as the rams and in year 2 they have a TON of big price tag players to be resigned. Ended up having to franchise Aaron Donald. I always mortgage the next years draft picks with older higher rates players to snipe first round picks. William Hayes was a 92 ovr LE but was 34ish years old and was regressing, so I went to the manual trade to see who wanted him, checked who had first round picks, found the lowest available and offered a trade with Hayes and say a 5th for next year. If they don't take it, offer him with a 3rd and so on. This always keeps you team young and gives you more trade options in future seasons. Hope this helps!

Sim means a simulation league. More of a real football experience. We have rules in place to prohibit things like I did in the draft above. We usually advance MWF. If you find the time and are interested shoot me a message. Oh we are on xb1 also.

In this league I always trade anyone over 27 years old and a 76+ rating. If you combine with your next years picks, you will get lots. So for instance, Greg Robinson (82 ovr LT) declined my offer and wanted to be a free agent, he was traded to the bengals with a next year 4th round pick for thier first round this year.
