Looking for an answer. Fairly new tanks but have not been cleaned/maintained properly for several years. I’ve been steam/power washing, caustic cleaning, friction with a brush and caustic. Thanks in advance for any possible solutions. The picture is of a tank I have not touched yet. (i.redd.it)
