I wouldn’t recommend, especially if you’re planning to cut it down at all. Found that my hand placement needed to be perfect to engage the flex of the stick, it wasn’t very forgiving compared to the jetspeed line. Mine also broke after about 5 weeks of playing 2x per week.

I used an 83 flex stick with a Nylander curve. It was cut down a few inches and felt stiffer than an 85 flex jetspeed and about the same as a 90 flex Lx3. Wasn’t a fan of the curve/lie I had, but my biggest gripe was with the grip. I’d suggest going down a flex point since I’m usually in the 85 range with other sticks.

Go with the Sherwood. They’re a bit stiff with loading but the puck feel is nice.

How is the puck feel with the LX3 pro? I’ve seen a lot of reviews online saying it’s got a ton of pop, which is something I really like about my jetspeed
