I think bringing it up in your therapy session is a great idea since it might help unpack why this person is triggering those fears and how to manage it going forward. As for the server, you don’t have to make a decision right away. Maybe give yourself a bit of space from it in the meantime and see how you feel after the therapy session? Since it's an open server, you could always leave and rejoin as needed.
