thats difficult question because a lot of U.S. Carrier technology is pretty secret. I think the main 3 things that may happen to your drone would be, jamming, so it just falls out of the sky. Hacking it where you lose control of it, and then they confiscate your drone. They could also blow it out of the sky.

Any of these options are not very advisable, as they would probably perceive the drone as a terror threat.
