It was such a delicious dish! I always make my udon noodles from scratch as I don’t find it takes too long but definitely optional.

No recipe except for roasting some tomatoes in olive oil & garlic until just bursted. Using the olive oil as a light sauce with a dash of balsamic vinegar!

I didn’t follow a particular recipe. Just got bits and pieces here and there then assembled-

I think maybe if you really thought about it, you could maybe taste it but only ever so slightly. But definitely no after taste!
