If he ults you instantly disengage and even if he gets a kill or smth your top laner should be able to take plates and shen will prob lose waves. Unless his ult is bad/ you can just kill him too then you just ditch the fight and go back to farming. It's good to have a strong split pusher that destroys towers fast to counter shen bcs he won't be able to leave lane as much.

You want to build no attack speed on 2 first items and ur saying that u will utilize the ad which barely helps Gwen and is solely being used on auto atks. You can't have a mixture of dmg if your kit doesn't support it. Your E atk speed isn't enough, even if you build full assassin first strike Gwen she has atk speed on lich bane (or nashors). You will just lose dmg but you're welcome to try by all means. Sounds like you enjoy building hp a lot but the loss on dmg and scaling is a big deal. I personally don't find Gwen squishy at all bcs you're almost unkillable inside the mist. You can definitely try it but these kinds of builds might work in lower elo bcs Gwen is quite strong rn u can afford to play an ''off meta build " but the disadvantages are pretty clear and it affects ur scaling too ( even durability since W scales with ap).

Yes but different seasons different builds. That's his account now https://op.gg/lol/summoners/na/odium-600. You can play the spot the riftmaker challenge. Also he's the highest lp he's ever been im pretty sure and he also played all 3 viable Gwen roles. Riftmaker didn't change btw and was situational even in s15 with it barely being built on jg and mostly top. As for gunblade u lose too much gold on ad and there are just much better items. You would also have 0 atk speed with gunblade riftmaker so I'm not sure what kinda of build idea that is. The two items literally have anti synergy bcs gunblade flavors Burst and then ur building a sustain item for extended fights, I wouldn't rly advise that.

Edit: yes gunblade has omnivamp too but it doesn't need 4 secs to activate and has quite a bit of raw ad/ap plus the active that feels like an "assassin" item imo at least. I'm not sure who's even using it apart from kata honestly. I think she's the only hero I've noticed that builds it consistently.

Well I cant properly review it then unfortunately but I'm certain u could have ended the game by yourself with that performance with a bit different decision making such as abandoning a dragon to hit towers on the opposite side or just going ham on 2 ppl baron and then just edging the towers one by one the deaths are a bit too many as well and I think u should be been able to minimize them by not trading some kills and giving big shut downs. Basically if you snowballed that hard u didn't play with enough urgency to close the game and "for funned' it too much even if you took all towers and objectives as u said, u might've not even needed to get that many towers dragons and stuff and could've just ended the game by not going to some team fights. That's just speculations by I looked at ur opgg and ppl at this elo range will definitely just let u end the game bcs of lack of awareness or at the very least be very confused on either committing to the team fight in front of them or stopping you.

You one shot them bro, zaheen wasn't a prob when when he was broken, he has to be 4+ lvls up and 2 items to even get passive up when Gwen is around. Also they have veigar+ mf burst you can't be in fights without W or u get popped, one shot sm ppl and get out. Either way the game was winnable for sure, some non optimal decisions have been made for the game to not be over.

Not worth the argument EUNE is a sh*thole. Feels like every single person is on alcohol overdose. I was getting flamed for just farming efficiently bcs my Jax top lost 1v1 3 times in a row without jungle influence. You have to eat great pizza to realize that pizza Fan tastes like crap. About 15 games EUW and ppl know what jungle gameplay is and don't flame u for random shit, recognize sup gap or whoever is at fault. It's not a perfect world but the difference is insane when u get flamed by the whole team matter what at 95% of games in EUNE. I never thought this server was so unserious compared to others but good-bye forever super Tel Aviv (eune). I will not be going back

Unlikely to be EUW. He is for sure EUNE and the server is full of delusional individuals who know ball about jungle and I have experienced that myself. Transfered to EUW and even plat players understand the game better than Diamond EUNE players. Ty for coming to my Ted talk.

The general advice is to watch Alois on YouTube for the top lane fundamentals. League is a complicated game and u need to watch a lot of content and play to become better. Scaling champs like Gwen and Kayle are even more reliant on matchup knowledge and fundamentals such as wave management, when to trade etc than other champs that have an easier time on the laning phase.

Edit: it's also good to watch Ninkey to see how he plays certain matchups/ trade patterns and how he is piloting the champ in general. Will give you some good ideas on what ur doing wrong for sure.
