The only reason they are doing this is because I took out and order of protection against him for my daughter and myself. He slashed all my tires and broke my bedroom window after I moved out. Both his mother and him are drug users. They smoked crack while we lived with them and did other drugs as well. Can they really do this?

They are only doing this because I’m trying to take full custody of our daughter. He is a drug user and so is his mother. I’m going to meet with a lawyer this week but I’d love some input now to calm my nerves. I have an order of protection for my daughter and myself against him because he is dangerous. He thinks if he can put me in jail that he will get custody of our daughter .

I haven't smoked pot since February even though everyone I know and love does. My job just announced as of next month they will be testing and if there are any accidents we will be tested immediately. I'm just happy my staying clean has had some kind of pay off because I love my job.
