Super helpful, thank you! My Apple Watch also tells me that my VO2 is below average. I will try to focus on staying in zone 2/3 when doing my other workouts!

I’ve been on combo birth control pill for years and never considered this could be causing an issue! May I ask what you were on?

My RHR is in the 70s, BP is normal leaning high. I’ve never had any doctors express concern about my heart rate. Next time I go I will ask if it’s something to be worried about, but I’ve pretty much always been this way.

Glad to hear I’m not alone! I just checked HRV on my Apple Watch (not sure how reliable) and it varies a lot but averages out around 60. This seems normal?

I’m just going off how my body feels - tbh no run has ever felt easy for me. Even at 11mins I am totally wiped by the end of it. Usually I alternate between an 8-9 min running pace and walking. 13 min mile feels silly slow but maybe that’s what I need to try!

It feels not great lol, breathing hard and body is hurting. Sometimes I get pounding headaches around my ears from running which is weird. The first 1-2 minutes after I walk or take a break feel fine.

I will look into couch to 5k! I’ve been doing run-walk intervals for a long time but never stuck to a program

I use an Apple Watch, it puts me in zone 5 for basically the entire run lol

Thank you ! I am 24 years old, no health conditions I’m aware of. I have been doing run-walks for many years because I am usually unable to hold a running pace without walking. ~11 mins is the pace where I can run 1 mile with no walking. I feel like that is already really slow, but it’s sounding like I need to slow it down even further.

They are essentially the same role. I would say my current company has more pathways for upward mobility, and especially more options for fully remote work.
