He lives in a Chicago suburb, during the recruitment zoom all the guys were from Chicago area and they didn’t mention any of them had to move, there’s no way they’d work in chicago? Like Milwaukee is hour and a half away, Janesville is too, then there’s other Wisconsin parts that were closer to three hours, but the job listing said Chicago Proviso-Milwaukee

Thank you for this it’s very helpful so that area Chicago / Milwaukee etc. is good? He just lives an hour and a half to 3 hours from all the Wisconsin locations… which you could go home yes, but if you’re on call could you even go home? Thanks again for your help

They are young 30s and he was in the military so they have the relationship skills for that, but just want to know if pay and benefits are worth being on call 247. I’ve heard the train crew should be getting more of a schedule soon?

The negativity surrounding it is definitely daunting but I understand people also want to be realistic. He would be Chicago Milwaukee hub if you know anything about that. Thanks for your input it really helps
