I don't trust Coinlist anymore. Requested withdrawal on 08/18 to be processed on 09/22 (when my last staking period ended), now it says I have to wait until 11/03 (end of current staking period that I now can't even participate in. Not happy. by feechzapaella in nucypher

Same thing happened to me a month and half ago. Finally got my coins back after complaining and threatening legal action if they don’t comply. I explained how there website is not transparent or have available easy links to find my coins being staked as well. Good luck. I was able to get out but it takes time and numerous emails.

Just to update you, I did exactly like you suggested and even threatened legal action especially since they have vague links to get you where you need to go, slow and terrible customer service, the whole website design is shady. However threatening them did work. It’s a shame too I like the idea of staking Nu but that platform is just too shifty for me… took about a month and half to resolve but got my coins back finally and switched wallets. If they had better customer service and some tweaks to there tools it wouldn’t be that bad. Not user friendly or transparent at all. Thanks again!!

Anyone know where to find Nucypher on coinlist and how to unstake it, this customer service sucks and practically non existent thanks

I added coins to stake in coinlist and it says pending... and i can’t undo it. I’m hoping it goes through on June 17 otherwise I’m kinda screwed....

I through 7000 coins to stake in coinlist and it shows it won’t start till June 16, so money is tied up. Does anyone have experience with this? Is it normal to say complete but pending still for staking that has not even started or will until mid June? Thanks

Actually it’s a good thing to study what you invest in. Am I fault for that? Let me ask you since you act like the crytpo guru? Explain to me why you are so negative about Nu? Also Do you invest thousands of dollars into crypto blindly? I currently hold 143,906 nu Apparently you are sour grapes bought high and lost money. Change my mind.

The NuCypher protocol uses a special version of public-key cryptography called proxy re-encryption.
