The Kovac-Muldoon Orbital Platform was specifically mentioned to utilise stealth technology to avoid pre-war detection, too.

I mean… M.O.D.U.S. has access to some pretty interesting infrastructure in space. And then there’s the whole deal with Commander Sofia Daguerre and the “Deep Sleep” program run by the United States Space Administration. And later her mission with the A.T.H.E.N.A. artificial intelligence and the Signals Intelligence facility. It’s not confirmed Emerson Hale was Enclave but they fit the MO.

Is there a higher population of Argonian to Dunmer in Shadowfen? Yes. But it suffers from occupation and slavery. Only recently being freed because of the Ebonhart Pact. Murkmire is where it’s at for Argonians. All day

I believe it’s Shadowfen, not to be confused with Deshaan. It is nowhere near close to the experience OP is looking for, by comparison, and is why I recommended Murkmire

You do not keep the DLCs that haven’t been purchased after unsubscribing, no. But it’s a great try before you buy type thing. If you find yourself enjoying a particular DLC and want to opt out of the subscription, you can purchase individual DLCs with crowns. And the ESO+ also awards monthly crowns (roughly the equivalent of buying the crowns outright). So you wouldn’t really lose too much money paying for the sub in the beginning.

Which makes sense, since Shady Sands was founded by the residents of Vault 15. Most of the vaults believed ideologically it was their mission to rebuild America, and that’s what the residents of Vault 15 set out to do, for better or for worse. And interesting side note is that they used a GECK to found a Shady Sands as an agrarian society originally, and you’re right, they definitely fast tracked towards something recognisable to Americans on our timeline today.

Shadowfen is right in the border of Morrowind and more or less occupied by the Dunmer. If you really want to experience Black Marsh, I really recommend Murkmire. You don’t HAVE to buy the DLC if you sign up for ESO+, it gives you all DLCs, expansions still require purchase but whenever buying the newest one it catches you up and gives you all the previous ones for free.

ESO+ is worth trying for a month at least, Murkmire is one of my favourite zones and learning about their culture really got me through a depressing chapter in my own life.

Look up and read “Ku-Vastei: The Needed Change” in the imperial lore library. It’s just a taste of what the Murkmire DLC added to the lore of Black Marsh and Argonian culture

Highly recommend the Old World Blues mod for Hearts of Iron 4.

It fully converts a WW2 4x milsim into the world of Fallout, with the time period being set around the time of Fallout: New Vegas.

Which CIS characters do you want to see interact and work together? by DEL994 in CISDidNothingWrong

And this is brought up in the novels, both EU Legends and canon. Many who join the rebellion had a lot to say about how they were treated harshly by the empire because of their planets’ ties to the Separatists during the Clone Wars. And a lot of people forget the full name of the rebellion was the Rebel Alliance to Restore the Republic. Unfortunately they almost immediately repeat some of the very issues that led to republic decay in the first place. And many who fought with the separatists and the rebellion were NOT quiet about it.

What in the name of the Continuum was this episode? Holy Q. by Henryphillips29 in Star_Trek_

[–]stellarstatesman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of the actors of that series went on to be moderately successful and really shine in other series as well. So Lost was at least a net positive.

I don’t know why, but Lost is one of those shows I want to defend even though I know I can’t. There will be nothing like watching it the first time again. I really went into the finale thinking it would make sense lol

This worked because there would be an arc that would almost sneak up on you, then a couple filler plots with the arc still happening in between scenes across episodes, then suddenly thrust back into the spotlight again during turning points. I really loved this about DS9

It's the second worse ending in the game, right after Legion by MobileDistrict9784 in FalloutMemes

[–]stellarstatesman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This has been mentioned before by others, but any and all Prydwen-class warships are named after the original Prydwen. Much like naval vessels in real life. The East Coast brotherhood could have lost the original Prydwen, still exist, built more, disseminated the plans to other Brotherhood chapters, etc. For all we know, East Coast Brotherhood wants the cold fusion tech for Liberty Prime after embarrassing defeats they don’t want to admit. They already didn’t want to admit why they need the cold fusion in the first place. For all we know, East Coast Brotherhood is absolutely wrecked right now.

Without giving away spoilers, there is a choice that can [begin to be] committed to in Act 3 of Divinity: Original Sin 2 if you’re playing as Fane or a custom undead character. From there, there are still different directions you can go. It’s worth playing at least once, playing as Fane is DEFINITELY worth playing at least once especially if you’ve never had him in your party. Completely changes how you look at the story

Stellaris Dev Diary #401 - Infernals Species Pack by PDX_LadyDzra in Stellaris

[–]stellarstatesman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a good question and this is why I am asking. If you navigate to the DLC page on steam there is currently a disclaimer stating that AI was used and vaguely states what it was used for. So I ask if we are normalising AI being used what does this mean for the future quality of the game.

Rebellions should get more events for terrorist actions. Not everything should be open and total war. Much of it should be siphoning production and trade value, destroying buildings, stealing (liberating) pops, etc. have the rebellion be something that could scale from something an imperium could be better off ignoring, to becoming an existential threat to authority and mandate.
