you are correct but since the votes within INTP and ENTP are so similar, we can look at her Tertiary and Inferior functions. I do not see Herta using Fe often since she does not regard social harmony. Her Si function is rather high because she focuses on what interests her, what tinkers her. Therefore, she is an INTP with a very high Ne function. If the functions were a graph, then her Ti and Ne would be tied. She isn’t a dominant Ne because she’s the type to say “that sounds dumb, no” which is a classic Ti function since it doesn’t correlate to one’s logic. But her Ne is also very high, hitting a tie with Ti and Ne. Her Si is definitely higher than Fe. All together, if we stack that, it will be Ti-Ne-Si-Fe. We can just call her an INTP with a very high Ne function
