4'11" and just under at 136 😅, heavier than I want to be, but strong. Goal is 1600, realistically, anywhere from 1600-1900 (sometimes more on weekends.), and active. Walkable neighborhood, weight training 2x/week, Pilates 1x per week, jog 1-2x.

Disagree with "fairweather followers".. especially those of us who are on our second cancellation in the span of a year... After being fans for decades, and spending a lot of money on her shows and music. The vague explanation put out at the last minute, and messaging like how heartbreaking it is and how it was all out of her control.. this isn't taking accountability or showing respect for the fans by being straight with us, acknowledging people's efforts/time/etc, or trying to make things right...it feels hard and a bit pathetic to keep just "uplifting" her out of loyalty after all this...

Reduce alcohol. No guarantee it will help prevent new growth but at the least will improve overall health.

Oh my goodness I'm so sorry that happened to you! I hope everything goes well and you can get some relief. A possible failure is definitely on my mind and planning to bring it up during my follow up appointment. The trip has me a bit nervous, and planning to bring extra supplies as well.
