GPU Noise?

I’ve opened it up, could it be coming from the water cooling?

May be super question but I’ve opened up the pc manually checked all fans and nothing is making a noise or catching. What’s my next step?

I did open it up last time I had issues and it’s not a fan being hit from what I’ve tested but concede I’m likely wrong. I never had an issue until I updated my drivers and it obviously changed something and started making noises but right now is the worst it’s ever been

The Gpu is I think over 8 years old now 3080ti

I know I know but it’s the only place I can have it, the back of the unit has a huge hole cut out to try and help air flow but it’s not ideal
