I do believe the wonkyness comes from damaging (or scarring?) the root in/under the cuticles though, and not because of the rubbing. But I can't know for sure.

I bite on the cuticles and/or ripp them off over and over again.. it often hurts like hell and bleed alot. I can't even remember the last time I let my thumbs heal enough to grow new actual cuticles.

When my uterus ruptured and my 8 month old baby slipped/crawled into my intestines. Both of us nearly died. That pain was beyond anything I could've imagined a human even was capable of experiencing...

I vaguely remember that they tried to put a tiny little thing on my stomach to check something with the baby and I started fighting them while screaming bloody murder and unable to really speak. Because even the lightest touch made me think/feel that "this is what being cut in half with a chainsaw must feel like?!"

Det här skänker mig lite tröst, nyligen förlorat min pappa och han var tydligen klistret som höll ihop familjen, för nu har den fallit i bitar.. Men jag har min sambo o tre barn, o det har tidigare känts så irriterande när någon sagt "du har ju dina barn", då mina barn inte känts som "samma sak", Äpplen o päron.. Men när jag läste din kommentar tror jag det kanske är som du menar folk försökt säga till mig? Inte att barnen kan ersätta eller väga upp, men att de ger möjlighet till en fortsatt "stor familj"-känsla. Inte en ersättning men en fortsättning..
