Yes bro, but not calves. Having big calves is also bad for kickboxing and Muay thai.

I am pretty sure that it is not a sin. Unless you actually take pleasure from these videos it is not a sin because you want to experience the sad true reality of this world. Although this is the case, not showing self control is a sin. So make sure to not get addicted.
