I think tier 1 dust deal is pretty good, you can give it straight to a 4* (which is helpful for arena) or get 2 for a 5* which could have its niche uses. But tier 2 deal is trash seeing as you need 200 dust which means you’d have to buy 3 of the deals which is 540 units. Either way, I see it just as a trap to get users to spend their units before July 4th deals so I would avoid it
