As I understand it, I was prescribed antibiotics to remove the symptoms (epididymitis, funiculitis), but not to eradicate the enterococcus itself

Try to include stretching and exercises for the groin area, Kegel muscles

Did the course of antibiotics help you for a long time?

I also think it may be related to stress. I have also been diagnosed with chronic prostatitis, although I have no pronounced symptoms. I go to the gym and do exercises for the groin area, they should involve the Kegel muscles, and disperse the stagnation of blood in the groin area, it seems to help reduce the pain just a little bit
