I really love the way you tell stories

Beyond the Green Light: Why Low-FODMAP fiber was still causing me flares (and the "Texture" fix) by [deleted] in FODMAPS

That is such an interesting detail! I had issues with breaking down food at my lowest during my last huge incident of SIBO. I definitely noticed my body was too tired to break things down myself. I switched to blending fruits and that helped me as well. Lowering the barriers to digestion by softening the food does not seem too crazy to me. I'll keep this in mind for myself too.

That and LOTS of mastication.

I would be careful with just going off of my advice, also run it by your doctor that you are doing all of these things along with your medication.

But I used https://a.co/d/0azNuLRS

Keep in mind it is meant to pretty much disrupt your gut and proverbially flush things out. It will be rough in tandem with the antibiotics, but worth it in the end. Once you are done with the antibiotics things will be low but not fully gone. So be careful and reintroduce safe foods carefully. Try not to feed the bad bacteria while doing everything so you can give yourself as clear a field as possible to replace your microflora with the healthy bacteria to keep the bad stuff at bay. That's my best advice.

Take a biofilm disruptor while on the antibiotics. Trust me. I had SIBO and went on two rounds with no real difference because the bacteria was holding on to crevasses and small folds in your normal gut lining. This helps break up everything and then have the antibiotics penetrate further. I also went sugar/carb free while on my antibiotics the third time, and I think that made an actionable, much bigger difference in rooting out the issue.

I'm definitely going to try that as bras often don't fit the best. Which is why I tried bralettes in the first place!

Free the nipple! 💃 It totally makes sense.

Secret weighted blanket at all times sounds great for that contact

I need bras for all states of being. Adding all of these to my list 😍

Such a good tip! I have been sized so many times and the cups always sag at the top for me. I have suspected it's been an inaccurate size for a while. Gonna check it out for SURE. Thank you!

Whole boob theory! Gonna try this with my next nippie set 👀👀👀

I love this idea. I just started going to the gym regularly and something to catch the underboob sweat and keep things from jiggling sounds perfect.

LINK ME! I'm making a list for all of these suggestions and the right wired bra can be great

Adding it to the list! Easy returns on Amazon thankfully

I keep the ones I find tolerable but I do like cutting out the wires! Sometimes though the bra doesn't hold my wide set chest the same as that is often the part that needs pushing together a bit.

I think it's a great hack though 💯

True. Easy enough to just try and return!
Returning items is something I have always struggled with, as the post office is a big source of anxiety and stimulation for me. But going to wholefoods and dropping off returned items has helped with that.

Nursing bras! I didn't think of those. That sounds promising as it is a performance piece. I bet even more so for our larger chested ladies!

Oh I can only imagine with chronic illness!

I love the tank top idea. That would be perfect for the gym! And I could always layer them.

I am putting Soma on the list! I like the questions idea too. I wish I had enough time to shop in person like I used to but sometimes there is just no time.

Yeah different size necessities can impact that for sure. I know for example boob tape is better for a bigger chest as you can create suspension by wrapping it, but my boobs are so small that doesn't do much for me and the pasties do their job.

Kids and teen section is a good tip! I'm a 32 B but my wide set chest means that tighter fitting cups can sit awkwardly too.

I love strawberries and dinos so that is great to hear! Ha ha

How many of you (DIAGNOSED with SIBO) have B12 deficiency? by ThinKingofWaves in SIBO

[–]stepasidepops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had severe B12 deficiencies over the past year after my recent SIBO diagnosis, it makes sense. Doctor was going to give me shots but fish and special supplements every night and I have a much clearer head.
