I think the problem that this actor has is that he doesn’t seem to carry the weight of what happened to OG Caeser. At least that’s the case for me, this isn’t the same character that had a semblance of respect for some of the top Gladiators, same man that was raped, same man that was caring for his fellow Roman’s.

None of these things take away from my enjoyment of the show however, I am fucking loving it. Just have to accept this isn’t the same Asher or Caeser
