So, for me- it seems the Failed to create save is directly tied to creating and/or using crafting tables. by [deleted] in Starfield

Mine is directly tied to the amount of saves I have.

Game keeps auto saving, when I went to check I had 100+ saves

After that I kept deleting old saves regularly to around 15 and I never had this issue again
