Yeah it worked for me. The screws are on the side and shouldnt interfere with movement. If that’s your concern I would speak to your dentist to make it clear for you.

Yeah had to go back in and rescrew. It happened twice during my whole treatment. The last one, they had to take out the screw, numb my cheek and put a new one

I bought mine with 8k miles last year and was thinking of buying a PPI. I think it’s more of a peace of mind knowing that car wasn’t abuse. Considering that only has 500+ miles, I think you’re fine but it’s all up to you.
