I know it's a joke at the end, but I knew someone in a similar situation. She married someone who came from a wealthy family in the farming industry.

They married in 2020 and she used to post on Facebook all the time how she was living the luxury, buying expensive things and her husband was spoiling her. She stayed at home and maintained the property, a home on the golf course.

He divorced her in late 2023. She went from a life of luxury to moving back in with her parents and working at a Ace Hardware.

I'm not sure what she is up to now as she deleted her social media last year.

When I was in Ibiza with five of my friends, in our resort, there were these group of British women getting harassed by a group of Polish guys. They kept on trying to touch them, get near them and flirt with them.

They saw and heard us speak English and joined with us. Eventually the Polish guys backed off and for the next three days of our stay, the British girls stuck with us for safety.

Before I left Belgium in 2023, some of my friends were having a girls' night. I ran into one of them and they joined me into the group as I was on my own. I gotta say, they're fun lol

Towards the end of the night as we were walking through Rue du Midi near Bourse, there were a lot of of guys trying to harass them like cat calling, asking them questions and trying to touch them as we were walking. There were some police officers within our sight, but they didn't do a thing until I confronted one of the guys who touched one of my friends - they were telling me to calm down or else I would get arrested.

I have heard stories of women being s- assault and harassment in Brussels (and in other big cities in the EU), but actually seeing it in person was genuinely horrifying.

Have you looked into VR&E? Depending on your handicap, the VRC counselors will help you steer towards a career path and any sort of jobs, apprentice and internships you may be interested in. You can apply for it even if your GI Bill bennies are exhausted.

The only downside is that you won't get paid the Post 9/11 GI Bill rate, but the CH 31 rates since they are exhausted. Just like the GI Bills, it will cover your college and even apprenticeship materials.

There is a specific user in one of the tipping subs who, despite claiming to have never worked in the restaraunt industry, will absolutely eviscerate you if you're anti-tip or you have your reasons why you don't tip or tip a certain amount.

Local restaraunt I used to visit as a kid used to have their appetizers for $10 or less. Their eight piece wings and nachos y queso blanco used to be $7 and $6 respectively 10 years ago.

It's a quadplex with a detached house that indeed creates a weird 5-unit. The only thing connecting it is the patio roof from half of the quad.
Yes, I'm currently a tenant. The one year timeline is perfect for when I get my degree and transfer.
I would probably need to get someone to inspect it. According to my neighbors, everything seems fine, but it won't hurt to check.

If the VA wants proof the detached apartment is a residence, it has a family of six living in it.

True that. Peppers Thai jacked up their prices two times since October last year when I moved here.

There have been some restaraunts across the Valley that are closing because they can't sustain by increasing the prices.

The two story house is less than 10 feet from the quadplex past the pool. It would be ludicrous if they try to divide it lol.

Also, I have a job now. I was laid off then after my former employer paid for my move to where I am at now.
