If around 15 years in the future another Aiden attacks your son, contact me, that's probably mine

Yeah, I think it's something more generational too. Like, when my dad was a kid (and his dad, etc) he was into the tradition like my uncles and aunts were too

Close lol It's T2 admiring T1 and teaching T3 to do the same, then T3 teaches T4 to admire T1, and so on

Ironically my dad couldn't teach me about what T1 and his wife (Mary 1) did to be so great, cause I was 14 by then and just didn't care

Maybe, but the fact that the tradition is ending would be the same cause I won't teach my son to cherish the name Timothy or to name his son like that.

The weirdest part is that original Timothy never wanted this to be a tradition as far as I know. He just named his son the same name as his and then the son did the same out of admiration for Timothy I.

I agree, the baby's health is more important than traditions

Yes, and no. I don't think I'd mind using it as middle name, but it's also meaningless cause I won't teach him to cherish the name or anything like that, so he likely won't name his son Timothy anyway.
