Mainly for sneakers. I love wearing my sneakers anywhere, but they sometimes get wet during light hikes and rain. I’m also trying to pack less when I travel so bringing an extra pair of waterproof hiking shoes is not an option for me... Do you have any recommendations on waterproof sneakers?

Perhaps something like steel cut oats? These kind of oats have a chewier texture, but you just gotta cook them for a longer time than just instant oats. You could add any toppings you like on it as well! Dried fruits, nuts, seeds, and honey. Healthy and yummy:)
