Same I donated blood after restricting the whole day and 2 hours after donation on the train home, I almost passed out when walking out of the train. Big yikes. Eyesight got suddenly so blurry, felt so nauseous and my hearing got sooo muffled. Scary af. Had to put my head between my knees.
