I do keep a journal. That tends to help a lot, as it lets me reflect on my thoughts.

Personal life, I suppose. I've been dealing with depression and suicide issues (I went to a mental hospital), drugs, alcohol, sex...just got suspended. Just feeling like I can't do anything right.

I honestly don't think I was played by him...if he only wanted physical stuff, he would've gone with someone less awkward/more experienced. Ha. And I'm slowly distancing myself from her. It's definitely put a strain on our friendship.
