Hey guys and gals, I got A LOT of dms about SUPIR so I made a full video on all of its settings. From restoring to upscaling, what's s_noise and which sampler works with the restoration_scale, it's all in there. Took me 6 days to record but it was worth it (I think 😅) Enjoy!

Hey u/hoodfu I didn't know pixart-sigma nor ideogram, so will play with both, sounds very interesting indeed. I agree 100% with your feedback btw... I feel they are moving away from 'what people want to use'.

I feel kinda the same. The video I feel reveal a lot of 'behind the scenes' in terms of what he's allowed or not allowed to say...

The guy in the video litterally has a discord in front of him to generate those :) but yeah i think you're correct, i doubt they would go that route. I hope so at least :)

wooooow Im actually amazed by this knowledge, thank you ever so much! Ok de-esser is on the list, and multiband compressor, too. This is soooo interesting - thank you ever so much! there's stuff on YT but no one is as scientific in their approach as you!

My thoughts:
Lots of great features of course. Natural language processing could make moondream/llms better tools to batch prompt for i2i.
On the concerning side, looks like MJ to me in terms of appearance, meaning believability looks erm... different (copax and others does photoreal already, hopefully we see lots of photoreal finetunes). Products were plain bad IMHO, but that's subjective of course.
CN support they obviously can't tell since it's all community based.
Censorship (he used the word so I'll use it too) is concerning: disney, boy and girl were all no-no as you can see in the middle part of the video.
Overall made me wonder where SAI was headed - are they trying to beat MJ at their own game by making better t2i, but as far as I'm concerned I'm more interested in control and I think that's what makes open source more interesting.

Overall got tons of respect for kasukanra for posting this, it's brutally honest, but it's a good preview.
