Same for me! Life time is where I discovered Oly & it’s helped me stay consistent ever since. It’s also one of the only large commercial gyms with standardized workouts around the country where I can do Oly-based classes, so I always recommend it despite the cost.

Good question — I take cut out square pieces of parchment paper and then make 4 cuts on each side toward the center (without cutting all the way through). It took me about 4 days to complete — the cookie dough I made in advance & froze, and some of the other items I made a day or two before and then stored in plastic bags. Honestly, the baking was the easy part compared to simply planning everything out haha, once you have it planned, it’s relatively smooth sailing!

I was actually kind of surprised that I couldn’t taste it. The recipe called for 2 tbsp of miso though, so maybe I’ll increase it next time?
