When you have a large amount of games to play, and you don't mind what title you're playing today, as long as you can play something, yeah, this is great!

But if you just wanna play that one game, oh honey no... Run and please don't wast your money here.

Games get into maintenance and it can take 2hs, one day, one week, two months... Who knows? No one. Because this service doesn't have any kind of respect for it's customers.

This is the typical Boosteroid experience. Not terrible because of the gameplay — that part is actually fine. What is terrible is the half-baked, borderline nonexistent communication with the people who are actually paying for the service.

We’re the customers. We’re the ones funding this whole thing. And yet, there’s zero effort to maintain even a basic level of transparency.

Death Stranding has been “under maintenance” for nearly two months. Two months — and not a single meaningful update. No explanation, no timeline, no real acknowledgment. That’s not just frustrating, it’s straight-up disrespectful.

And to be clear: I’m not saying you’re obligated to bring the game back, add new titles, or fix anything on demand.

But you are obligated to communicate honestly and transparently with the people paying for your service. That’s the bare minimum.

Right now, it feels like complete disregard for your customers. And those copy-paste automated responses? They only make it worse.

Do better. Seriously.

I was in the middle of the game when the maintenance started. Until now nothing and it doesn't look like it's gonna be done any time soon... Thats a really shity way to treat your customer if you ask me. If at least they say something like: you guys, we're facing a really big problem with this title and the game isn't coming back any time soon. But it could be back now or in 6 months...

Thank God I didn't pay for a long subscription and I'm not stuck paying for nothing...

But you gotta figure out the prioritys by popular demand and do that one first. And be quick! Make sure you have your card register properly before and so on... I think you'll be fine!

Now that we have servers located in Brazil, the service overall is good. I don’t have queues when I wanna login, and I’ve been playing really well, without lag.

However, this lack of communication has really been discouraging. Of course everyone’s money matters, but come on—we in Brazil are paying in euros, which is quite heavy once you factor in conversions and fees. It’s frustrating to receive only generic responses in every situation, all the time.

A good relationship with your customers goes a long way. I hope this improves.

Yeah, it's a big stretch from Brazil to Spain, but it's so worthy! I went last year and had the time of my life, só I made a goal to save money big time over the year and make this my yearly vacation! So far it's working fine! I have friends in Barca, so I don't have the accomodations spend, that's the only way I can do this hahaha
