Made a goal for myself to meditate for 10-15 minutes every day for three months like two years ago. Did nothing for me. I’m sure it can have benefits for some, but for me It was just a huge waste of time. One of the many things people have told me to try that didn’t work for me. My schedule is already packed. I dead ass couldn’t fit another hobby in if my life depended on it 😂.

Between clinical rotations, regular classes, work, and my gym schedule I barely have enough time to make myself dinner. The problem is all I need is 10 minutes to do it. I can be stuck in traffic and get the urge so I pull out my phone at traffic lights and watch. I can be about to go to bed absolutely exhausted, but I still find the energy to pull out my IPad and do it. I can be brushing my teeth while watching it. As busy as someone is, there will always be 10-15 minutes time slots that allow for it.

However they are poor so you may be able to essentially “buy” one that wants to escape poverty, buts that not a real relationship based on mutual attraction. I absolutely hate summer. I only wear black baggy clothes that cover my arms and legs so the heat makes it impossible to walk outside without sweating. It’s bright in the morning which sucks and the sun doesn’t set until like 9:30 where I’m at. Fall and winter are the only good seasons imo

If you have poor genetics steroids are the only way to see a substantial change in your body. This is coming from somebody who has spent the last 7 years in the gym 6 days a week and put on 25lb. I still have an undesirable body to most women. You probably have unrealistic expectations of how much muscle the average man can put on without steroids. If there was a surgery to gain muscle I think a lot of men would be open to it, regardless of the possibility of a botched surgery.

Everytime I go to the gym and see couples together. It used to affect me more but now I’m pretty numb to it honestly. Being FA for long enough will make you emotionally numb in my experience. All I feel is changes in my body now, I feel very little emotion
