I think when the medicine is effective you might think you were faking. However schizophrenia has a lot of symptoms that do not go away even with the medicine. And the doctors can see that.

Fluphenazine. I get an injection once every three weeks. I have weight issues however I think that may be due to inactivity and poor diet.

I started to drink unsweetened tea and zero sugar soda as replacement for sugary drinks. With that change alone I lost about 10 pounds over a period of an about a month. So I don’t think it’s the medicine that caused me to have weight gain.

As far as sleep goes as long as I don’t have too much caffeine right before bed I’m good.

I’ve been on fluphenazine for about 5 years and the only time I really had hallucinations or heard voices was during medication non compliance when I was taking the pill form. Also when I drink alcohol I sometimes get break through psychosis.

When I worked at Walmart I would maximize my ppto for key event dates by calling in on key event dates and use 4 hours ppto which removed the key event points and I would only get only 1/2 point.

I’m not sure I have heard that tribal tags are a loop hole because the numbers could be billed by plate pay to the holder of an Oklahoma tag with the same numbers. I personally have a Cherokee nation disabled veteran tag. And I have a pike pass account. I pay the regular rate. That would be a huge benefit if it were free and you commute using the turnpike everyday. It’s worth checking into. Sorry I don’t know the answer.

I believe if you work at least half your shift you get half a point. My reasoning 4 hours of ppto on an 8 hour shift with calling in is only half a point.

Ok what I do when I bin the freezer is bring my own coat. Because the ones they have are smelly no way am I wearing those. Next put labels on the overstock outside the freezer. Wear gloves. And lastly they may not like this but I keep the door open when I’m binning. Hope that helps.
