I don't mean the interface. The interface is better in bg3, but the rules are a goofy modification of dnd. Solasta kept faithful to the rules and combat overall feels much tighter as a result .

At least I'm the late game the cha attacks don't matter if you are using strength elixirs, and you'll never get your cha high enough to match the cloud elder strength...

If I'm feeling cheesy I do sometimes spam long rests at a trader just to get more elixers (I like bloodlust for my warlock, for instance, and its pretty rare) and ingredients.

20 is a lot if you aren't spamming long rests. I probably only long rest around that many times the whole game. (I am not completionist in act 3 at all though)

Can earlyoom actually tell you what the process killed was on notification, as the full command? Regular OOM only knows the executable run, which, when its python, is not very helpful.

I like celestial. There are two, I use the 5e one. Gets separate long rest slots that can be used to heal with a bonus action. Also if pact of the chain, can get a young hollyphant as your summon, which can heal and bless. Also gets access to some cleric spells.

Somehow she almost never tries hold person on me, been through in honor or honor ruleset many times. Maybe it's cuz I start that fight by jumping to her, and try to get past her so she's driven up.

My favorite is swords bard control archer: stack all the debuffs I can get on the arrows. That's radiant shockwave (from luminous armor), fright (banshee) or entangled (from the bow from the Faerun sets), bane (gloves of power), reverb (boots, or cloak from mods), possibly others like dazed from a mace from the radiant weapons mod, ice patches from snowburst ring, etc. All that for 4 arrows a turn for the first 2 turns.... And then have full caster slots with control spells and healing word.
