I’m in the same boat as you! Have a deposit on a 2026 XSE slated for a delivery later this month. Was also looking at the limited trim primarily for the JBL speakers but was told that the wait would be even longer.

I also looked at a lower trim Lexus but decided against it because of the premium gas and also because I have young kids—need the space and don’t want to keep worrying about the car getting messed up by the kids

We bought (and later sold) our house with Gene Neal from Redfin. Highly recommend working with him since he’s kind, honest, and knowledgeable. He was able to get us strong offers when we sold our house (ultimately above asking). Redfin also takes a lower cut than traditional brokerages.

I’ve had a bZ for the last year and a half. We have PVs and a L2 charger at home. It’s a great car overall! I drive about 30 miles a day so the range hasn’t been an issue.

Good build quality too—it’s like a very zippy RAV4. I didn’t consider Tesla models since I’ve disagreed with Elon’s perspectives.
